Credits

Credits are consumed only for successful premium outputs. Reserved credits for failed, cancelled or timed-out work are automatically returned.

Refunds

Subscription refunds are handled case-by-case per applicable consumer law. Promotional and Secret-Code credits are non-refundable.

Consumption order

Expiring promotional credits are used first, then monthly subscription credits, then non-expiring purchased top-ups.
